Working on a new project and testing politics. 1st time using politics chance, see below.
So rolling a 2 =Success!, but Germany "fails an action", and fails to go to war with USSR
I would of expected a successful action, what am I missing?

@thedog If you are making the 'political' events random, why do you need a politics phase? Just have the randomized event occur.

Im aiming for a free for all game with a politics phase.
Just experimenting for now.
Any idea for the logic above?

I think the logic is inverted, as you said, in your deleted, part of the post, so I can cope with that. -
