Not sure what is wrong but try removing TripleA completely from your PC, uninstalling all version, and also delete the "triplea" folder in your documents, then install the 2.7 version only.

I have 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7 and all I get is access to boxes.yea, that is the naming issue in downloadedMaps. They will all work when correctly named. 2.5 to 2.7 changed the way maps DL now, causing some overlap issues.
