Game 1 JohnnyCat (Axis) vs. Panzer (Allies)

This is the reference game I mentioned -
GAME 4 J-CAT and TROUT GERMANY 8.tsvg
I have TWO army groups in front of his one but two army groups do not both benefit from extra rolls.
I need to understand what is the best way to defend in this case. So I break up one of the army groups?

The sneaky Russians declared war on Japan to spice up the game! Japan can place units worth of 6 IPC or keep and spend it upcoming round.

Just to clarify you can't place them in any TTy that is being attacked -
For your evil betrayal of the beautiful Japanese women living in the Majestic Caroline Islands.
I think I want to sink your fleet in pure REVENGE (Reine Rache ist süß) hahaha.
But first I need to check that battle.
I accept that you lost two fighter planes (thanks to the Dice Gods) and do not want to complain but I need to understand the rules and I thought that you take my forts as losses first.
But I have no idea.
I will continue I guess but please let me know - or maybe @beelee can tell. VIELEN DANKE
