      @Alexander

I updated the sheet but it's been a while 🙂 and it didn't work the way it should. Panzer didn't record a loss, so I manually added it.

Also couldn't get you a color, your win in the game colored 🙂 but those should probably be discontinued anyway. Can have only so many colors 🙂

I will try and get you one when my brain isn't so full 🙂

Be sweet for one of you Guys to a Game Report. I know they can be a little tedious but there good to have. Don't have to go huge like me 🙂

Right Arm 💪 Take a look at the Captain's latest for a blueprint type thingy, although I think it's good to start the beginning the way I do it with who played who etc ... even though I'm a bit inconsistent.

I should have Italia up within the hour

              Starting Date: Feb 22, 2026
              End Date June 3, 2026

              Early 1940
              • Germany: Conquered France and destroyed Allied naval forces in Sea Zone 110 (Mixed/Royal Navy) and Sea Zone 93 (French fleet).
              • Japan: Advanced westward into China, consolidated its southern fleet, and reinforced the Caroline Islands.
              • United States: Upgraded facilities in the Philippines.
              • China: Launched a counteroffensive against Japanese forces in Yunnan.
              • United Kingdom: Pulled all naval forces out of the Mediterranean to focus operations in Africa and the Middle East.
              • Italy: Capitalized on the lack of Mediterranean pressure to rapidly expand, achieving several national objectives and nearly controlling the entire ‘lake’
              • ANZAC & France: Conducted standard movements with no notable strategic actions.

              Late 1940
              • Germany: Maintained a peaceful turn with zero combat, focusing entirely on consolidating forces.
              • Soviet Union: Continued building units and reinforcing positions along the Eastern Front.
              • Japan: Accelerated its push into China, making extensive use of paratroopers and landing craft to rapidly project ground forces onto the mainland.
              • China: Recaptured Yunnan, though the offensive left their forces vulnerable to Japanese encirclement.
              • United States: Expanded its Pacific fleet while awaiting a provocation to enter the war.
              • United Kingdom: Deployed its Atlantic fleet to liberate Gibraltar from Italian control.
              • Italy: Leveraged strong Mediterranean control and dominance in North Africa to generate high income, reinvesting heavily in naval production.
              • ANZAC & France: Conducted standard maneuvers with no notable strategic actions.

              Early 1941
              • Germany: Avoided notable combat, consolidating forces in Central Europe and along the Eastern Front while investing heavily in Kriegsmarine U-boats.
              • Soviet Union: Reinforced Leningrad and Western Ukraine while forming a fast-striking Caucasus force targeted at expanding into the Middle East.
              • Japan: Pushed China to the brink of elimination—leaving them encircled in just two territories—while massing naval assets in the southern theater.
              • China: Liberated Yunnan one final time before executing a full eastward retreat to preserve troops and divert Japanese attention away from India.
              • United States: Built up fleet strength at Pearl Harbor while expanding an expeditionary liberation force destined for Europe.
              • United Kingdom: Launched limited counteroffensives in Africa and the Middle East while utilizing paratroopers to raid Axis-held shorelines in Western Europe.
              • Italy: Shifted focus toward ground units, securing island targets like Malta and Cyprus while advancing into Syria to close any
              • gaps.
              • ANZAC: Expanded its naval power by constructing a second aircraft carrier and massing its fleet off Queensland.
              • France: Deployed a lone destroyer into the Mediterranean to force a tactical engagement with Italian forces.

              Late 1941
              • Germany: Recaptured coastline taken by British paratroopers, destroyed the lone French destroyer in the Mediterranean with air power, and continued massing forces in Central Europe and along the Eastern Front.
              • Soviet Union: Shifted to an offensive posture, purchasing offensive-based units, advancing forces westward, and pushing their frontline minelayers further west.
              • Japan: Declared general war, swiftly taking the Philippines, Hong Kong, Malaya, and Yunnan while striking a large Soviet force in Amur and blitzing a tank into Urals to disrupt free Soviet tank production.
              • United States: Responded by sending its fleet from Hawaii to capture Iwo Jima and pick off coastal Japanese vessels, while advancing its Atlantic fleet to the mouth of the Mediterranean to pressure Italy while building up liberation forces.
              • China: Unable to counterattack, turtled up in its remaining far-western territories.
              • United Kingdom: Launched offensive pushes through Pacific units into Yunnan and advanced ground forces into North Africa.
              • Italy: Recaptured lost North African territories and shifted toward a defensive production posture.
              • ANZAC: Redeployed its naval fleet from Queensland to Sumatra, combining with UK assets to form a unified Commonwealth fleet to block further Japanese naval advances.
              • France: Conducted minimal maneuvers with no notable strategic actions.

              Early 1942
              • Germany: Engaged in minor skirmishes on the Eastern Front while consolidating massive force concentrations in Eastern Poland and Romania, alongside deploying additional defensive units across Central and Western Europe.
              • Soviet Union: Deployed fast-moving forces to conquer Iraq and capture its national objectives, dispatched mobile units to the Urals to restore free tank production, and conscripted 26 infantry units.
              • Japan: Consolidated control over nearly all of the Soviet Far East, defeated the remaining Chinese forces in a costly engagement, seized New Guinea to deny ANZAC national objectives for at least two turns, and consolidated fleet assets and defensive production near home waters to counter the US threat from Iwo Jima.
              • China: Unable to mount any notable action, leaving forces virtually eliminated.
              • United States: Harassed exposed Axis naval assets while concentrating major naval and ground forces in the Soviet Far East.
              • United Kingdom: Dispersed Pacific forces to recapture territory while Japanese units were occupied in Western China, continued paratrooper raids in Western Europe, advanced in East Africa, and sailed the Royal Navy into the Mediterranean to challenge Italy.
              • Italy: Attempted to assist Germany by taking the Caucasus, but failed to capture the territory—succeeding only in clearing out Soviet defenders.
              • ANZAC: Shadowed British naval movements in the Pacific, provided ground support, and purchased forces specifically to retake New Guinea.
              • France: NA

              Late 1942
              • Germany: Recaptured Western Europe from British paratroopers, advanced into Leningrad after Soviet forces retreated to Vyborg, captured Western Ukraine, and crossed the Black Sea to secure the Caucasus national objective while maintaining a massive main force in Eastern Poland.
              • Soviet Union: Executed widespread counterattacks with screening infantry across the front—most notably retaking Leningrad.
              • Japan: Captured Dutch New Guinea, seized Hawaii and Pearl Harbor while the US fleet was in the Far East, checked British gains in China, and constructed two mainland minor industrial complexes to sustain its westward push.
              • United States: Liberated Gibraltar from Italian control and destroyed Japanese naval assets around Hawaii, though lack of nearby transport capacity delayed an immediate recapture of the island while production pivoted heavily to Pacific fleet and marine units.
              • China: Maintained a minimal presence with no active operations.
              • United Kingdom: Attempted a push into Dutch New Guinea.
              • Italy: Withdrew the Regia Marina from open Mediterranean waters in response to the Royal Navy's arrival, shifting focus to heavily fortifying the Italian peninsula.
              • ANZAC: Attempted to recapture Celebes and New Guinea from Japanese forces but failed, suffering major setbacks.
              • France: NA

              Early 1943
              • Germany: Advanced the main weight of its army into Belarus while securing incremental gains along the Eastern Front and fortifying Central and Western Europe.
              • Soviet Union: Executed limited counterattacks in the north, built a large mechanized force, and massed the main bulk of units in Moscow directly in the capital.
              • Japan: Hunted down exposed Allied naval assets across the Pacific, suppressed Soviet partisan activity in the Far East, and tightened the encirclement around British and Chinese forces in Southeast Asia.
              • United States: Liberated Hawaii staged a major amphibious expeditionary landing in Normandy from Gibraltar, and stationed its supporting fleet alongside the Royal Navy in Sea Zone 110 while pouring additional resources into the Pacific.
              • China: Maintained a minimal presence with no notable actions.
              • United Kingdom: Reinforced the Normandy bridgehead with ground troops, massed the Royal Navy alongside the US fleet in Sea Zone 110, continued Western European raids, and withdrew Pacific naval assets away from Japanese forces.
              • Italy: Supported German operations to reclaim lost territories in Gibraltar and Western Europe, repositioned its fleet off Gibraltar, and initiated an Axis scheme for the German takeover of Italy.
              • ANZAC: Engaged in no combat, consolidating remaining naval assets with the British while building additional landing forces at home.
              • France: NA

              Late 1943
              • Germany: Initiated the Italian takeover at the start of the turn—combining the Kriegsmarine U-boat fleet, the Regia Marina surface fleet, and the Luftwaffe to annihilate the combined Allied fleet in Sea Zone 110 with minimal surface losses and executed a daring Operation Sea Lion amphibious invasion, capturing London. Concurrently advanced across the Eastern Front.
              • Allies/Outcome: With the Allied fleets destroyed, Western European forces stranded, and London fallen, the Allies conceded the game to the Axis victory.

              Post game analysis:
              • Axis Fleet Concentration: The German takeover of Italy granted Germany an unexpected immediate sequence of actions, allowing the newly merged German-Italian forces to pool their naval, air, and U-boat assets and leverage their central positioning to crush the main Allied fleet in Sea Zone 110.
              • Capital Vulnerability: By overcommitting ground and supporting forces to reinforce the Normandy landing bridgehead, the United Kingdom left London underdefended, enabling Germany to land an amphibious assault and capture the British capital with minimal resources.
              • Final Result: The combined naval defeat, the fall of London, and the stranding of Allied forces in Europe forced an immediate Allied concession, securing an Axis victory.

@beelee I got AI to summarize my ramblings as I just talked to it and hit summarize after each round. Plus, I didn't think it would be coherent if I got distracted by little things. Tempted to try a video format another time...
