Is there a way to give all research to the players in a game of triple A at the start?

Yes. Start the game. Then enable Edit Mode and choose "Add Technology" from the panel on the right of the screen. The rest should be self-explanatory.
In case you refer to a game where Technology is not mandatory you need to enable Technology in the Game Options before.

@panther Thank you so much, but I don't see "Add Technology" as a panel I can reach. I've already enables tech in game options.
