Dragon War - Official Thread

@Sgt_Brass Yes, it was all conjured up inside my head the story and names too. I t was fun to do this map, as it could implement elements and inspiration from a mix of fantasy universes all in one pot.
When I make maps, they seem to end up with a strong focus on single player. Like when Age of Tribes and Dragon War have an expansion-phase before you actually meet the enemy players. The upcoming Warcraft: War Heroes map also has this.
For the same reasons, I think that the maps only appeal to a small number of players of TripleA. Or at least when the players play multiplayer, as I hope everyone likes the maps as single player experience. Appealing to a smaller segment doesnβt bother me. Actually I like the idea that there are some single player focused and alternative experiences, that can supplement the more popular WW2 multiplayer maps. Also, then I can focus my own little niche .. hehe I am happy that you are amongst the players who enjoy an alternative map like Dragon War.
I am really not qualified to tell you how to play via online. I have only played TripleA and my own maps on LAN with friends. I hope someone else can help you out.

@Frostion Hey just wanted to let you know I spotted a typo while playing this morning. When the green dragon spawns the dialog says its controlled by the Murlocs but if we beat the Kobolds we can capture it. Not a biggie by any means but just wanted to bring it to your attention.

@Michael-Hoover Very well spotted! () This is now fixed if you remove and redownload the map. There were actually 3 dragon notification mix-ups that I had to fix.
