PBEM/PBF in TripleA

These might sound like daft questions but I'm curious to know what the difference is with the "Repost Turn Summary" check box and the "Post Turn Summary" button?
I know the "Post" button will post the turn to the forum you are subscribed to but what does the "Repost" check box do differently to the "Post" button?
Also if both are checked, what do they do differently than just one or the other?
It's only recently I've started to play PBEM/PBF and I don't want to do something stupid or ruin a game. -

Once you have posted your turn, the button "Post Turn Summary" is inactive.
If for any reason you want to post your turn again (maybe due to a server issue), you need to check "Repost Turn Summary" to activate the button "Post Turn Summary" again. -

Just to clarify further, when it comes to my turn to post (after a normal turn), it wouldn't make any difference to press the "Post Turn Summary" button if the "Repost Turn Summary" box was also checked? I'm asking as it has come up on one of my games that the box is checked. I've always unchecked it but I haven't dared to try and see what would happen if the box was checked (guess I wouldn't make it in the SAS )! -

Indeed, for the first "attempt" it is irrelevant whether the option "Repost Turn Summary" is checked or not.
