question about TWW

I really appreciate the guide that was written for TWW and I've read it through a number of times. Maybe it's me but I don't see anything about victory conditions. Are there specific victory conditions or is it that you play until the other side surrenders?

@forthebirds There are no hard victory conditions and you play til someone surrenders.

@forthebirds Victory to me is when your opponent is kneeling in front of you weeping uncontrollably.
As long as foe wants to carry on and thinks they can win, then clearly he still needs more enlightenment on the matter. -
