I have been cleaning up the old Pacific_Incomplete scenario. I made air & naval bases work, by using airfields & harbors from the Global game. I brought over the Kamikaze rules as well, but I can't get anything to happen.0_1501197200244_pacific_incomplete.xml I only uploaded the xml file, as the kamikaze zones display correctly on the map,
What I am missing here.
