I mainly play Revised but sometimes dabble with other maps. Consequently, I have NO idea what a fair or standard bid is for some of those other maps. Can we have a sticky that lists what the typical bid is for each map variation? For example:

WWII Revised: Average bid=8-9 for axis
      WWII V4: Average bid=?
      WWII V5: Average bid=?

And so on. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

@mortetvie I think a fair bid for WWII v6 (with the added units as per official errata) is 12 for Allies (like 4 more infantry for Russians), but I'm far from sure.

@SilverBullet Truth and deceit are either edge of the broadsword of the spoken word ... either of which cuts deepest when wielded without temperance and discipline.
