New Map Question

I am making a new map and would like to test it locally before going through the upload process and all that, but TripleA keeps telling me I have to download it from the repository first. My question is this: can we not alpha test our own maps before uploading them for everyone to blow up?

@Michael-Hoover That just happens if the program cannot find a folder for the property "mapName" you defined in the game you are trying to start.

I don't suppose there is a way to give the "isSub" abilities to a land unit?

You cannot in the current 1.9 release, but you can in the current 2.0 prerelease.
