Customize Title of user Action Prompt

I'd like to request to be able to have a different title than the message on the User Actions Dialog box. Maybe by adding another property like [Action].TITLE={whatever} ?
That way the box doesn't repeat itself like "You sent 6 PUs aid to UK" in the title and then "You sent 6 PUs aid to UK" in the body of the box.
If there is a way to do this already please let me know.

@Michael-Hoover Also perhaps add an option to skip the confirmation dialog? Like when I have an action and I click "No Actions" I then also have to say "yes I am sure" I don't want to do anything. Would be nice to have an option to skip that dialog.

@Michael-Hoover Currently TripleA asks if you are sure inconsistently. For example, you are not asked if you are sure when you decide to end the Research Technology phase buying nothing, while, instead, you are asked if you are sure when you decide to end the Purchase Units phase buying nothing.
