Will There Be a Lobby?

So I haven't logged into the TripleA online lobby for a long time. I've got some down time, so I thought I'd log in and watch some people playing games like I used to. Only now the entire lobby is completely empty! Not a single person in there!!
On top of that, I see a message saying the lobby will be closed in September?
Well, is there any other place online where I can log in and watch people play?
