Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to create and implement your own technologies?
The XOB is great, but a Tutorial Forum would be nicer.Yes, The Pact of Steel 2 is very helpful, but a Tutorial Forum would be even better.
And the Tips and Tricks are also helpful, but...An actual Tutorial Forum would be best; especially if the pinned first post had links to (small) PDF's (and or specific posts).

@stohrm probably the best is to look at existing maps. idk of any actual tutorial, as far as a video anyway. I guess one could explain it in more detail than POS2.
I made a pile of techs for use with Global 40 House Rules. Although there purpose wasn't really for tech usage per se, more just adding optional rules which i later found out is done way easier with map options.
