      and there was a good solution proposed, it seemed?

            Sorry, but all my efforts with the TripleA engine have come to naught, so I have not looked at the coding in a long time.

              We generally have two issues:
              (1) Not really anyone working on TripleA anymore. I try what I can here and there, but have a pretty long list.
              (2) We are no longer effectively tracking feature requests/improvements. So this forum post likely will be buried as time goes by (and as more comments are added, it increases the barrier to entry for a new developer, further locking in the chances it won't get worked on).

              The feature request issue I hope we can solve by making use of github project tracking which will give us a Kanban style board with 'cards' for feature requests. The cards can have links to forum post discussions, these cards we can then organize, sort, close, and generally get a better overview of things to work on.

              Getting more interest for TripleA development is a huge task. With luck, if we can make some very key and very large improvements to the engine it will be a lot more efficient to work with. As-is, it's a whole lot of work for very little progress & reward.
