No attachment for owned territory

I don't understand this error at all. The territory "Tripoli Convoy" is mentioned in the territoryList, has a territoryAttachment, and is specified in <ownerInitialize>, yet when I try to open up the game I am working on it says "No Attachment for owned territory: Tripoli Convoy". I checked the syntax and everything is correct.
I then tried to delete Tripoli Convoy from the game entirely to see if the error would dissappear, by removing all of its ocurrences in the XML, as well as the centers/polygons/place txt.files, but then it says "no data of type centers Tripoli Convoy", even while that territory name is not mentioned anywhere at all.
What am I missing?

Yes, I checked with the search function. The spelling everywhere is correct, and in the second situation "Tripoli Convoy" isn't present in any of the relevant files.

hmm ... can you revert to before your changes and then do them one at a time

That's the thing, it never worked
We had a working XML but when trying to load the game it said it had no data for centers and polygons for all of the territories so I did those, but now it says there is no attachment for Tripoli Convoy. -

I already did that but then the error message changes to "no place", "no polygons" and then "no centers".

Ok did you use the map creator ? You can add or change centers and the polys as well. If the center is too far off it might not work Idk though for sure

And the stupid thing is that if I delete Tripoli Convoy entirely, it still says "No centers for Tripoli Convoy" so there is some weird stuff going on

lol I figured it out. I was working on a version of the XML that was in my downloads folder, not the one in the map folder
