TWW 3.0.9? NTSH (ax) v (al) ubernaut Game 4
-
@Nothingtoseehere in the mean time which files need to be patched? i'm not even sure now lol
-
-
@ubernaut: Funnily enough, further in that thread, they discuss putting it in the GitHub repo. Seems to me that something went wrong there.
-
@Nothingtoseehere well the other thing that happened there was we replaced a few problematic images for vichy france sounds like maybe thatβs all that was fixed in the and not the previous fixes @lafayette
-
@Nothingtoseehere should be able to replace and proceed later today thanks

-
@Nothingtoseehere im getting this error now when i try the patched file are you sure the unaltered repository version has the carrier bug?

-
@ubernaut
I guess it's this issue with the file name@nothingtoseehere said in Can we fix TWW?:
@zlefin The file name has an additional . at the end. I had to remove it and replace the original file then it worked and I tested that carriers no longer get replaced with damaged carriers without the tech.
Ok, odd how that happened; I fixed it and put in an uploaded version with the proper name. I don't think lafay has been on so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone.
Try removing the '.' at the end.
-
You could also just use my patched file:Total_World_War_Dec1941_3.0.xml
-
@Nothingtoseehere file name is/was correct still giving same error wen i try ur file from here

-
@Nothingtoseehere ok i have idea what the difference is but i restored from backup and it seems to be working so it would be the be the same xml we have been playing this game with the entire time lmk if u think it is safe to proceed bc im lost as to wat actually was the problem even here
-
@ubernaut If you have the XML from before the patch from backup, it should be safe to proceed.
-
@Nothingtoseehere π«‘
-
@ubernaut So are you ready for CM?
-
@Nothingtoseehere i don't think there is a CM tbh should be able to figure it out today

-
@ubernaut gotcha
