        Pretty sure the pacific Allies are shot. Don't see many possibilities for them to recover the offensive at this point. Alas too few hit-points at the center to manage the octouple-team smack down that Axis are about to deliver in the next round hehe. Digging in at the remaining victory cities.

        British-India is in full on panic mode. Might hold the VC for one more round, but the enemy will make short work of the rest of the subcontinent for sure.

        I blew past the bombing prompt in East Prussia (didn't realize strat bombers could scramble, so kept it on the ground) but KNIL got smoked by AA guns anyway. Sorry for not clarifying before Marti started firing, but probably no big loss to charge ahead. I'm thinking the strategic bombing game is probably not the best plan for the minors. Maybe USA or Britain could spam enough to make a play late game, but the little dude's dreams of multinational bombing campaigns in Europe probably won't materialize lol.

              @Black_Elk Yeah, both Russia and India are about to collapse which will probably mean the Allies have no chance and probably lose by VCs. The bomber gambit definitely didn't pay off this game.

                      Yeah initially I thought I might be able to knock off production out of Thailand or Iraq or Italian east Africa, or maybe fly them over to Europe to take some hits on Germany, but it really only takes a couple AAguns to make that a pretty risky proposition. Probably should have let French Indochina go early and just spammed fodder out of French India sooner for the collective defense. India feels tough though. They have a lot of coastline to defend but not much left to defend it with.

                      USA got something cooking in Morocco, but probably too little too late to have much impact on Europe, once the Russians give up the ghost.

                                          I could probably swing a second game as Allies game if you want a rematch haha. I'm thinking next time to pull the hell out of Egypt and send the British-Colonies fleet to India asap. Have British-India focus west for the Persia crush. Maybe just block with the French Colonies PT boats, and pull everything else back to Java Sea Zone, buy a PT boat or something with KNIL to keep the Thai fleet off of them? I struggle thinking of anything useful to do with Anzac, since that Truk fleet seems pretty deadly and they lack sufficient steel to come out swinging on the water. I guess pull back to the Tasman sea zone and wait it out till you have enough steel for a carrier? Then probably back to Sydney sea zone if the opportunity arises to start transiting Anzac fighters onto USA carrier decks at Pearl? Seems like the USA would need something gamey like that to compete with Japan, since the IJN starts out like 3 times larger hehe.

                                          I think any way you slice it Russia probably has to come out heavy against Iran right from the outset. At least the way the board is set right now. Western Turkestan is too dangerous for Russia to stack vs all those tanks, not sure I'd try that again. Probably 7 inf and the AAgun to Caucasus along with the Russian fighter is safer, then drop a cruiser in the Caspian so the transport doesn't die. The British-Colonies fighter from Egypt can cruise up to Caucasus as well to support the Allied effort on the eastern front, and just plan on Nigeria being the spot to build, since Egypt gets smoked no matter what hehe. I think probably throwing everything they have into Trans-Jordan against Iraq makes the most sense. Probably too light to take it, but if even if its just to tie down an Italian fighter on defending Baghdad, or sweat the choice whether to bounce from Iran, while the Russians do their business with the oil. Maybe British-Colonies can escape to Mecca or something?

                                          Anyhow, that's what I'm thinking for now.

                                            @Black_Elk Talking about a rematch already, is that your resignation? Or would you like to fight to the death (in this case the obliteration of British India). 🙂

                                            I figure we'll switch sides next and then can always look to do a rematch after that.
