@Hepps Maybe not scuttled vessels in Toulon should go to the Regia Marina, instead of the Kriegsmarine.

@Hepps It's speculative, as the Germans didn't capture any seriously valuable ship, for use on the high sea by the Italian Royal Navy. As this is a game, in which you are Hitler, the matter can be solved by having the choice to capture the ships for yourself or for Mussolini.

@Cernel Nah, the Germans were the ones who attempted to seize the French fleet. The fact that the French were able to scuttle most of the fleet is the reality.
What the mechanic allows if for some chance to determine how successful the Germans might be at trying to stop the scuttle.
