I definitely don't want to miss the beginning.

Who is discussing the rule set for the ToC15 tournament?

1. Can I participate in the rule discussion?
2. My recommendation is the following. Change the Victory Conditions from 9 to 8 in the early stages of this tournament.
   a) Games will finish faster (supporting @Deltium concern that ToC14 took too long)
   b) Less games will need to be adjudicated
