Log in problem

Suddenly I can't log in anymore. I don't even get to the stage to fill in my username and password.

maybe uninstall and delete everything then restart from the beginning?

Are you having trouble logging with an account, or without one?
When you can't log in, are you getting any kind of error message at all?
