I was looking at this, and it needs mobile factories for a few different nations (Colonial French, French, Greeks, Nationalist Spain, Romanians, and Turkey). Russia has a unique image, so I am guessing that it should be unique, but i don't have the ability to make them. I think i have the ability to put them in the repository if someone can get me images. Either that or I can use the generic white one that Germany has?

This could also be an opportunity to use the hue shift feature, let me know if any pointers would be useful for that direction.

@LaFayette the main thing with that is that the Russian mobile factory looks like a factory on wheels, the generic one just looks like a different normal factory.

Indeed, one could set the map to use the generic image with a 'hue-shift', colorized to match the Polish country instead of creating a whole new image for Poland.

@LaFayette I could also just leave it white and let Russia have a special one. I don't know how to hue shift.
