Global 1940 improving the notes

I'd like to improve the 'notes' section for it; a lot of stuff is unclear the way it's currently written, or just plain not covered; and it's caused me to make several mistakes. It seems silly to have the notes say 'youre expected to know the rules' rather than have them be contained within the notes.
So any objections to letting me write some new wordings to the notes to improve clarity and better spell out how things work?
