• Random Set Up which takes a bit time to load.

• Total 5 German subs being spawned each round in N.Atlantic, Mediterranean, Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Gameplay Features:

• Optional upkeep for units.
• v3 Transport rule.
• Gas can take on enemy units by itself.
• Cruiser gives +1 attack power when paired with destroyers.
• Factory base productions are 10 times smaller than their territory values.
• No using captured enemy factories.
• No taking all remaining enemy incomes after capturing capitals.
• No diplomacy, national objective or tech.
• No special submarine abilities.

Countries:

Central Powers:
Germany, SFSR, Austria, Bulgaria, Senussi, Dervish, Turkey and Persia.

Entente:
France, Serbia, Russia, Romania, Britain, Italy, Japan and USA.

Victory Condition: Controlling 12 capitals within 25 rounds otherwise it is considered draw.

Downloaded, but not everyone can open rar files, consider changing it to zip.

Im on 2.6.149 I have been testing 2.6, its running fine, ie. it has not crashed, after 1 round.
