      Yes. Basically. And you get the same (in Windows 10/11) if you right-click TripleA on your taskbar (if you have fixed it there) and get a contect menu from which you can either normally start TripleA or select a specific save game you loaded recently. In both cases it would start TripleA with the save game already loaded, at least if you wait until its ready. With 2.6 it just has the last map you played without any savegame, so you can start a game but it will be at the starting point. So as you describe it here:

      Never done the above, but testing using 2.6.14580 it does load the saved game, but then flashes & replaces it with the first game in the Select Game list, in my case, 1941 Global Command Decision.

      In 2.6 I would then have to Open Saved Game and load it again, yes?

      It might just be that it doesn't come up for people who mostly play lobby games, whereas this is more useful for PBF/PBEM where you constantly load and save games each turn.

        @Myrd @LaFayette I suspect that this error happens only when I am with somebody else. Anyway, I'm currently using the latest pre-release (2.6.14607), and it errs.

              @cernel I was using 2.522294, probably it caused the error.

              Plus, something had already corrupted all of my files. After the official release is completed, I will be able to test it again.

                Seems Icon/Overlays are not working. Test with TWW 2.8 and choose the Tech Advance option where Germany gets advance AT Guns. Icons appear in 2.5 but not 2.6

                        I can confirm that Icon/Overlays are not working in 2.6 and work in 2.5.

                        Also, thank you 😁 for the private chat testing my new Middle Earth 3rd Age Icon/Overlays because now they work in 2.5, but as you say not in 2.6 😞

                                    @wc_sumpton i dont think i never saw that issue but there was a patch to an existing issue with carriers they were bugged so that they could receive 2 hits without the tech upgrade which would screw up battles in edge cases @zlefin might have some insight here not sure

                                      Does not happen in 2.5. The only work around is to use a damage dummy that creates the damaged unit, then remove the dummy at the end of the turn.
