Certain Maps don't seem to work

There are a lot of neat looking experimental maps apparently available for download, but many of them seem to vanish once installed, and actually seem to crash the game. "Cold War", "Finnish Winter War" and "Modern Warfare" not only don't want to load, but now won't let me load any other, requiring me to un/reinstall TippleA several times.
What gives?

@eveningtsar "Cold War" and "Modern Warfare" are both working for me. I am not showing "Finnish Winter War" as available for download.
What version of TripleA are you using?

Wow, that is really old.
If you really somewhat cannot figure how to have the current (and also very old) stable running, maybe make a problem report.

You really need to be at least on 2.5, first thing first.

Update Java on your machine than reinstall TripleA.
