Ban Appeal Thread Access Denied

Hello there. On the user guide page of the main site, located at (https://triplea-game.org/user-guide/lobby-rules), there is a link to the thread meant to be the place to appeal bans. Unfortunately, this page says access denied and will not allow me to make an appeal. Any information on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

@yakubianpatmos I believe that thread has been deliberately deleted, and the user guide page is therefore obsolete in this regard (so it ought to be updated).
I surmise that now you are supposed to open a new topic in this category (Player Help) for such a complaint.
