      @crockett36 This is not my move. Only showing my partner an option and seeing about how special units are used and if I'm using them correctly. I believe this is every unit that can reach.

          Hi. They use landing crafts to cross the Black Sea and land into Caucasus starting in Greece. Pretty effective and an easy and cheap way.

            Hi crockett

            I just looked at your turn. Everything looks pretty good except that you need to add Army Group Center to Belarus before you send any soviets in to attack.

            The reason is, triplea won't count the Defenders in battle if they aren't edited in to the TTy before any Attackers.

            I will post a local save for you to look at, so you can follow the moves in History.

            You will most likely want to change your attack, as AG Center is going to add 20 units to the Germans. But this will still be useful helping you learn the game. 🙂

            As you can see, the soviets would most likely be overmatched. If I may suggest. you might consider moving 1st Corps to Novgorod and moving 3 INF via Rail along with your 3 Conscripts to harden it's defense.

            They will most likely be defeated but it's too large a Force for them to ignore and will weaken the push on Moscow.

            Or, you could withdraw to Karelia and harden up on Moscow.
            Moscow will get 20 conscripts and can rail an additional 3 form the Far East. A blocker in Smolensk most likely doesn't stop the Italian canopener, although 3 INF and an Elite might do it.

            Even if you don't block, Moscow should remain too strong to fall. I would suggest in this course to move one of the Tanks out of a Corps via Rail and combine with the Urals Tank in Moscow and form a Tank Army.

            Take as much back in the South as you can and be wary of that German Para.
            UK Rail can also move to Russia, if Churchill allows it 🙂

            There are other options as well. You could still go after Norway and land your Bmbrs in Karelia if you move out of Novgorod.

            Anyway, this is a learning game. Getting used to the game mechanics and how triplea does it. 🙂

              As @beelee said. Well done, I can't do it much better 😂. Feel free to play around, as this is a learning game it doesn't really matter if we play competitively or not. Do what feels most fun, good or interesting to you.

                  @crockett36 I put the diver in Kaz as a placeholder. I'd like to rail out of Moscow to Kaz. One infantry. Will that work? The diver should go to Iraq if so. An army can be formed for the tank general and an army out east, I think.

                  And I'd like to place all the units in Scandinavia in Karelia.

                    right on will check after the game. Reminder, soviet rail can only move in russia, except for there one Europe Rail. So have to move to iraq by the unit's movement.

                        ahh ... ok Tac in Kaz goes to Iraq and 1 INF from moscow goes to Kaz.

                        Game was a blowout, so I turned it off. Can play the real game now. 🙂

                        Just went through your turn. Just a couple things to correct. The Airfield and Harbor can't move or well they're not supposed too.

                        I checked the xml real quick but I'll need to take a deepr dive to see if I can fix it. I might not be able to, as I had to turn on some game properties so the Factories can move.

                        Anyway, no biggie, We'll just move them back. Also, russia can kill any of it's Facilities at any time. The Minor Fctrys will all auto destroy on capture but you don't have to kill them if you don't want too. For example, you plan on taking it back next turn.
                        You have to use edit to kill the Airfield and Harbor.

                        Also, 2nd Corps sent it's Tank to moscow, so it needs to reform with the Arty and now 2 INF. That uses a "Commisar_2".

                        What I'm gonna do, is redo your turn with a local save for you to look at, so you can see how it'd go. Click on History and just go through step by step. You hit on next at the bottom of History it'll crank you right on through.

                        OK here is new local save for you to look at.

                        I will edit accordingly on JPN turn, so you don't need to redo anything.

                        I activated 3rd Corps in Amur, 1st Tank in Moscow and reformed 2nd Corps in Karelia. Moved a Tac to Iraq and Rail 1 INF to Kaz. Think that was it. Oh yea, had to use a Rail to move the Tank from 2nd Corps to Moscow. Had to use edit because I already moved him out of his Box.

                        Just a reminder, only 1 Corps or Army can be active in the same TTy. Also, Elites can't be part of a Corps but they can be part of a Army Group.

                        Let me know if anything isn't clear. Nippon coming up 🙂

                                            tripleA did something weird. I got four hits (1 sub, 3 others). It only took two casualties. I must have assigned two to one carrier, but didn't do it knowingly. So I think I will reload turn, edit the results of rd 1 and continue the fight.
