WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES 2 (SIGNUP!)

Hello, I'll be organizing a new tournament for World War II Revised (LL, NT, TTL) due to popular demand. We will start as soon as there are enough committed players.
CONGRATS @hammond (1st place) for winning the inaugural WCS!
The following rules will be used:
** WCS2 will be SWISS STYLE, meaning that every player gets to player every round. This is what's used in chess. Then rankings are based on OVERALL results.
** Live play in the lobby is by default unless PBEM is agreed upon before the game.
** WCS will have 2-week deadlines for each game (same as the ladder).
** Exceptions will be granted for extraordinary circumstances.
** players will be seeded based on their ladder rankings. This will ensure that all players are distributed appropriately with increasingly challenging games. The ladder may be viewed here: (https:://bit.ly/revised-stats)
** players must also sign up to ""challonge"", a tournament generating site, here: challonge.com/worldchampionshipseries2
