              Hi Trout

              You have to move jerry from his Boxes first before any soviet's enter the TTY. The units will still show but triplea will ignore them.

                    @beelee Good morning. I screwed up the Turn Summary but basically I did the Novgorod battle. Turned out way better than I expected. I knew it was very low odds of winning but thought desperation was in order. You did win but I drew enough blood that I am good with continuing on. Both rockets missed.

I didn't remove the active AG flag for you after 1st round, so we may need to remove two more Axis units. You would still win the battle and the carnage as the carnage math right now is 35 IPC's in your favor. Actually never mind, my AG was broken too so it evens out.

                      A few things in the Novgo battle. You had an active Oberst3. Shoulda been an inactive Oberst as 1st Panzer was active. I removed him for a Battle calc and it came out pretty similar to the final results.

                      Expected German win with 8 units left.

                      Your TUV loss was 25 more than expected at -35 as opposed to -10 though.

                      I could kill off the Ober3 but there were some other issues as well that affected the outcome. The Panzer Army should have stayed intact and essentially it did because when you killed the 7 Pnzrs rd 1, you didn't kill the PG. So basically a wash there.

                      And yes our AG Flags would have gone sooner, actually Germany's never got killed off. That makes a big difference too, obviously.

                      When all said and done, G came off a little bit better I think. Idk it's hard to say. The Battle Calc isn't fully 100% accurate as you know. It'll factor in other units dying when by rule, AG Flags and Army/Corps Commanders should go as soon as their Force is disbanded.

                      I'm going to recreate the battle and roll it out step by step and post pics and we'll see what the results end up. As long as no funky dice or if there is can redo it again, we can decide on which result to use.

                      I'm fine with killing the Ober3 and going with the current. I just want to see how it would have played out and if it's to your advantage, we can adjust to that. If not we'll go with the above.

                      AG North is 1st and 2nd Panzer and 1st and 2nd SS. For AG 1 it's 2nd and 3rd Corps and 6 Grds and 4 Arty or 5 Grds and a Elite. Probably doesn't really matter unless it comes down to 1 unit making the AG intact or not.

                      I guess two 2's beter than 1 3, so we'll go with the Elite, although triplea might give the bonus to the Grd anyway but we won't worry about that.

                      I didn't fire the Rockets as you said they missed. By the way you didn't use dicebot for that did you ? I saw a post at the other site. Where 2 dice were rolled. Wasn't sure what it was for.

                      AG North is disbanded and sadly for Jerry he can't keep 1st Panzer intact either, so he kills all his Panzers, 2nd Waffen is destroyed. The Tac too. Doesn't leave much left. He needs a good roll 🙂

                      Need to fight it in edit so you can kill the AG Flag. They don't get a hit. So he just dies as a extra hit. It doesn't seem like much, but a extra hp can make a difference, even with both sides having a Flag.

                      A serious ass kicking for Jerry. Guess I shoulda war gamed that out before moving everyone up there 🙂

                      Dice seemed pretty normal. Nothing to crazy until the last Jerry roll but there were only a few dudes left at that point.

                      So I think we should correct to the above outcome. The Oberst3 and the AG obviously skewed it and Jerry's insane first roll helped too in your battle. 🙂

                      I guess I could roll it out in LL just to see what it'd be but I'm fine with the above outcome. It's a typical Big battle. 2-3 hits above avg and 1 or 2 below and that's how things paly out.

                      Fought it in LL and the reich won lol That's why I don't like LL. It's too predictable. If WWII was fought in LL UK and France woulda crushed adolph lol

                      Anyway, it does validate me a little bit in that I thought the Wehrmacht would hold. You took the gamble though and should be rewarded 🙂

                      I'm gonna make the adjustments and continue on. It's still not over 🙂

                        @beelee Thanks! My gut was telling me the results should have been better so I guess you validated that. I was going to let it go since I felt I should live with the results of my mistakes but thankful for the mercy 😊. Guess Allied cause not over just yet

                                      @trout Hey Matey - I am trying to follow your game here along with continuing our game - difficult to do while traveling and poor internet... but I sure am enjoying watching you guys play.

                                      HOW YOU HANDLE all the details is truly amazing tho. I just found out, for example, that air transports, which show a movement of 6, only move 5... At least that is what I thought Sir @beelee told me.

                                      Anyway, I am at a new hotel and finally will be able to get to our USA Turn 5. I did start it but then the internet blew out and I had to move hotels.

                                      Good Job this game - impressive stuff. Seems to me like Russia standard play would be to save 52 rubles for Russia Turn5 26 conscripts. I read that you can put 20 of them in Moscow

                                          @johnnycat Yes correct. Biggest production decision made by R in early turns is to ensure at least 52 rubles available for the 26 poor souls conscripted into Uncle Joe's army. You'll get it right next game. Everybody makes lots of mistakes first time around. It's a complex game not for the feint of heart

                                            well it's not letting me remove those mines. I moved the Escort that laid them and it doesn't like that.
