                Question: I noticed some 3 PU territories wouldn't let me build shipyards like Annapolis and long island, is that intended?

                            @wirkey Nah, definitely made a few mistakes but not too bad yet. But you do have some difficult choices to make in terms of where you prioritize your resources turn 3.

                                          I recommend tracking all units bugs in a dedicated topic. I've this one open:

                                          So, once the matter is fairly stable, and someone decides to take care of it, all bugs can be corrected in one go, instead of keeping releasing a lot of new game versions, correcting the many bugs one by one.

                                            @wirkey Oh, are you sure? The game notes seemed to always indicate they didn't die til an enemy train moved there:
                                            "Trains are 1/0/2 units and trains trapped in captured stations immediately die when you move your own trains to the captured station."
