i need someone who can help me develop a new game

I have the edited version of a Global 1939 setup i have developed for the table top game. This works great but due to some of the conditional aspects of our rules i need someone who can help me make this a playable map. We have beta tested 3 games so far using creative editing. This is obviously cumbersome soooo..., any great coders want to help me with this project. I think it has some tread and interest so far.

@seancb Maybe post a list of the differences in the rules set that you are currently using edit to achieve. Most of us here will at the very least try to help you identify which features are implementable.
