PBEM/PBF Combat Move check box.

I seem to have come across a bug (maybe) regarding the Also Post After Combat Move check box when playing forum and email games.
I've played previous forum games where the Also Post After Combat Move box is checked and whenever I send a post and receive a post, the box is still checked.
However, when playing an email game, and the box Also Post After Combat Move is checked, TripleA doesn't remember that setting. In other words my opponent checks the box, does his combat move, sends me a summary (so I can say if I want to scramble or whatever). When I open the file sent, the check box is unchecked.
I tried to test this by setting up a dummy email game using two different Gmail accounts on two different PC's. When I check the box, send the completed turn to the other address and open the mail and open the game from the game save, the check box is not checked. I've tried this for a few turns and every time the check box is unchecked. Somehow the engine does not remember my choice.
As I mentioned earlier, there's no problem with forum games, so I'm wondering if anyone has come across this before or have I discovered something new? -
@scousemart Ya I noticed that myself. I thought it was just me doing something wrong since I don't play a lot of pbem. Good Catch!

@prastle The engine remembering your choice is expected, so by some argument, it's an improvement (feature request). By another, the user expectation is there and the game has different behavior, it also removes the user's selection, by that token it's a broken UX and is a bug.

The game UI should make that very obvious, it should generally not allow you to do something wrong.
Otherwise, my opinion is to track this as a bug ticket so it gets fixed and we make the behavior consistent.

@scousemart The initial state of this checkbox has apparently been broken since it was first introduced in 2012 (however, as you observed, PBF works fine). A fix has been submitted in https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/pull/3774 .
