Edit Mode Move

Turn on edit mode go to "perform move or other actions". Says go back to the "action tab" and while in "move phase" I can move wherever I want. I'm at the beginning of the "combat move". I click on "actions" and it doesn't work.

On linux using 13066 release. Anybody know where I'm screwing up ? I've always just blown it off and worked around it, but a recent mod I'm using would work way better with it working.

Tried it with windows in case it was a OS problem. Same result. I guess this feature doesn't work. I would suggest updating the tooltip for it so people will know it doesn't work before the next stable release.

@beelee Ya it has never worked properly once your in "combat."

@beelee I vaguely remember a hint maybe Veqryn gave years ago, saying that movement edits should be done during movement phases.

Combat Move Phase
Noncombat Move Phase

Or what have I maybe misunderstood?

I understand that he is referring exclusively to editing during the combat movement phase (not during the conduct combat phase).

@Panther yea what Cernel posted. I can't move in the combat move phase wherever I want.

so one can't move through a closed "canal" is why it didn't work. At least that seems to be the reason.

Maybe "virtually anywhere" should clarify if so
