@bluelionman I think you can login to lobby without being registered. Probably need a new name. Unless that changed.

@beelee I know that and do just wanted to be able to login in keep same username as here and so people recognise me if I see a username I recognise for old game-saves - if can ever work out a way how to play old games saved on older versions (1.8 and 1.9).
My problem is the reset e-mail never comes through - so whats all that about?
Not in my Junk or Inbox no matter how many times I go through forgot pw option on game thingy yet e-mails from this forum come through fine?

@bluelionman yea I remember someone else had that problem and @Panther fixed it for them. I don't remember the solution.
I would just add a "2" or something simple to the end of your name. When you see someone you know, you can ping them and tell them whats up, although I would expect most to be able to figure out it's you

@beelee Yeah but I guess I just wanted to highlight somethings wrong - I mean is the system actually sending out anything when you say you have forgot ya PW in the lobby and doing the reset thingy.
Also is there another way - who runs the game engine - can a manual reset be sent or such - I mean do TripleA want lots of dead accounts - every time someone forgets their pw do TripleA prefer them to just make a new account rather than reset there existing a/c's login?

Those that can fix it are all volunteers. It comes down to a time issue. -
I have tested the workflow in the meantime. And I immediately found the email including the temporary password in my inbox.

I just realized that you never indicated the TripleA-version you are using to log in to the lobby.
So what is it? -
@panther I can confirm the issue, nothing arrives to email server as legitimate mail or spam. Possibly an issue sending to cloud email providers? I use Google and it fails. TripleA version 2.5.22294

@airwalker Thank you. So we can conclude that the server sends out the mail that includes the temporary password, but for any reason it does not appear in every user's inbox. That might depend on the user's email provider but might have other reasons, too, of course
