it's not showing the edit but if you kill another Ftr to keep your Inf alive then you can take Iwo. It would be worth 2 PUs now so you get 2 bucks
Should have switched 1 of the Marines in Amur since a Arty was present but it didn't affect anything as JPN missed on his second shot

I'm not sure but I didn't think you could unload in Combat and then NCM with the Trprt in same turn. So AAgun in IWO would still be on board. I checked rules but it wasn't clear to me.

Just noticed the Total Inf build. You have to place them all in the same TTy, so you need to upgrade the Fctry. You had a Inf that placed in Spain that you can change to the upgrade and then move the west coast Inf to DCEdit 3
I went ahead and updated your latest save @crockett36 For simplicity I just removed the Spain Inf and upgraded the Fctry.Adjusted IWO PUs and put the aaGun back on the Trprt. Put 1st Tank back in it's Box and adjusted a couple Marines.
