Yes, I realize when I counted the number of dice rolled in history and then looked at the units in the area the casualties had already been removed so I thought it was just the 'bonus' roll that was missing. I now see that I missed rolling those 5 extra ones
I can roll those extra 5 dices at 2 with Japan...not sure if that would change your Russian plans though

You can do the missing rolls on you J-turn and adjust the casualities.

I am afraid you are 1 turn to early.
On the next turn you need to prepare the take over by purchasing the "Take Over Italy" token and place it in 2nd placement phase.
This will convert most of the Italian units into German units. Some need to be changed manually (LCV, Air transports mainly)Feel free to adjust and re-do you Italian turn.

The Token should show up in Italys purchase window when it's ready. Buy it for free and place 2nd place. You'll need to add up the Italian income by hand and roll for any convoy damage too.

I though it was easy to just change via edit (moved the one escort, put the planes back on the carrier, dug in mines/undid one move of the mine).

yea the Takeover takes place a turn early so that when it's G's turn, it's already to go.

Looks like there was an intent to attack with the infantry/arty but the arty was left on the boat. It seems like an obvious oversight so thought I would point it out to both of you.

Yea you can't do the TakeOver because you have Italians in Tobruk.

I will look at making it so the TTys don't change if the conditions aren't met. If the conditions were met, most of the dudes would auto change for you.You can test it out with the old save by not attacking Tobruk to see how it works.

@beelee Thanks, I just thought it mattered at the start of the turn but looking back I now read that it's on Germany's turn not Italy's turn. First time doing this (and admittedly exicted if you can see what's coming in Germany's turn)

Yea it has to happen on Italy's turn because they won't change on Germany's turn in triplea. Only on Italy's.
So there can be rare instances where ANZC and technically France too, although I've never encountered it, where'd you need to hand roll and edit any results.

So it'd probably be easier to just redo your turn and edit the combat accoringly as opposed to changing all the dudes. Here's an exampleThe LCVs and Paras. although there aren't any in the above save, still look Italian but are German controlled.
You have to add up the income by hand and roll for any convoy damage, then adjust Italy income. On G's turn, you then transfer their income from Italy via edit.
Sometimes you will need to edit upgraded facillities.

Also Mines don't change ownership. So G will have to navigate them according to the rules.
