@RogerCooper Aren't v3 41 and 42 unbalanced in favor of the Allies without national objectives?
Generally in tournaments, there is a small bid to take the Axis. If you are playing 1 country with the AI in TripleA, the game is interesting.

- Because of the lack of alliances at start and some random placements, it can be confusing to play
