Changing the cost of units

I would like to be able to change the cost to purchase certain units (example - Fighters for 10). How can this most easily be done? Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry, TripleA doesn't feature any ways for users to change units costs.
If you want to, you'll have to go to the other side of the hill, and mapmake (in this case, just modding).
You can know where you have the maps via Engine Preferences/Folders. Their xml are in their "games" folders. Be sure to unzip first.

Not hard to change, but as cernel says, you have to make a separate mod to the existing map.
Which isn't that hard either. Which map are you trying to change ?
