Computer Freezes when joining Lobby on 16920 Pre

Joined half a dozen times in the past and no problem. This time said "null pointer error" . I ignored it and everything froze. Esc didn't work and had to kill everything by holding the start button down.
Tried again and clicked on the report to triplea and it said report didn't go through or something to that effect. Had to manually shut down again.
Just was gonna say "Merry Christmas" to everyone there. Since I was unable to, I'll do it here
For those that celebrate "Merry Christmas !". For those that don't, have a Great day
