an "alert to save" pop-up

can we have a reminder pop-up window recommending players to save the game?

@Panther i am talking about at the beginning of your turn. but a window just like that, or as a precursor right before you purchase. it seems many players dont save at all, they need a prompt "before" the game freezes or they get disconnected. a save reminder when you are leaving is cool, but we really need one for every turn, imo.

@SilverBullet I am not sure if that meets your requirements ... but we have the autosave-feature for cases like these.

@Panther but thats the thing, every day i see someone typing they got disconnected and the game is gone or froze. so i was wondering how much trouble would it be to get a pop-up warning every round or every turn, you know me, im just a gaming "lobby" mod, im not a tech guy so i am just curious,,, no pressure!

For illustration:
These are the autosaves created during a G1 turn.
Future autosaves will overwrite present autosaves in case they have the same file name.So you will get a quite up-to-date autosave at any time of the game.

@Panther I have not checked lately but I believe these auto saves are only created when hosting or offline/pbem. Sadly I do not believe a client of a bot gets these saves. I will double check to see if I am correct.
