New Download Doesn't Appear to Work

Hello All,
Older user checking in after a few years. I've download the newest version on a new computer but can't seem to do much with it. I get these errors when trying anything:
Lobby connection:
LobbyAddressFetchException - Failed to fetch lobby address, check network connection.Download Maps:
Error while downloading file UnknownHostException: raw.githubusercontent.comA likely cause of the problems is that I'm in mainland China. I've tried both with and without a VPN and I get the same errors either way. Downloaded an old version too (1.9) and it didn't work either. Would appreciate any help, thanks.

Try installing again, but use a different directory than the default.

@Hasan-Tuğrul-Gençer does the game run and you can't get any maps? If so, you could try downloading maps directly from the repository.

I didn't fix it.
I can manually download maps for local play but I still couldn't get online.

Yes I can play offline games but it won't connect to the lobby, nor will the download maps feature work -
@CrazyG That sounds like a firewall might block outgoing connections for TripleA.exe .
