Any chance we could get dates of map submissions required in map descriptions please? Thanks for your time

You mean in Game Notes when it was first put out ? That'd be up to the map maker if so. Some do some don't.

Or you mean for updates ? I started doing it with a notification at game start every time I update. You mean auto update ? That'd be a good idea

This might be something that we can automate by looking at the map repository creation time. 2.6 makes a number of changes to how maps are indexed and stored on the back end. I'll keep this in mind while working on 2.6!

It would be a nice addition to the game notes. Really any permanent note of when the map was first submitted and/when it was last updated would be best (not a just a one-time notification).

@beelee Idk what you mean about auto-update. It's been a very long time iirc since I've seen a confirmation request to update a map, and the same for a triple-a version. Soo long, I'm not even sure either of those ever happened heh.

Yea what I meant was, when you get notified a map has been updated, it would include the date it was updated on

@beelee which would be a one-time notification? I tend to reinstall my os and software frequently so I'm sure that plays a part. I was offline for a few years during the US housing recession. IIRC coming online afterward was the only time I may have seen the update confirmations.
