Unable to download scenarios

I am receiving "HTTP 404 Not found" when trying to download scenarios using 2.6.415. This problem has persisted through a number of updates.

@rogercooper If using 2.6.x, you'll need to use the prerelease server. Update that in 'settings > test'. Be aware that the setting carries between 2.5 and 2.6, so you'll need to reset the server when using 2.5
