Update to How to PBEM

Due to the recent issues, created by Google's decision to no longer support external apps sending mails via SMTP , I wanted to give an updated version of the how-to instructions given in How to PBEM A Visual Guide.
I think recommending using Gmail is no longer a good idea, instead, I'm working with the option 'Email Provider' 'Disabled'. Then you follow the alternative way of doing PBEM, described in the How-to-guide under point 17 (b). If you like having the turn summary you can click on "Post Turn Summary" then on cancel and then on "View Turn Summary", which will provide the summary in the client so you can copy-paste it into your email.If a mod thinks it makes sense he can attach these instructions somewhere into How to PBEM A Visual Guide. (and delte this part).

I think a clarification is needed. Google explains in
https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=enthat they will no longer support "less secure" third party apps. Less secure - according to Google - are apps that require only username and password. So exactly what TripleA settings offer.
They don't say they will not support external apps in general.
So apart from describing a workaround, as you suggested, an improvement of TripleA is also a valid option. As maybe other mail providers will enhance their security demands, too, it might be useful to adjust TripleA accordingly. For example by supporting 2FA or whatever meets the requirements.
PBF already supports 2FA for special conditions, for example.
