@ubernaut We currently need about 200 bucks to keep the ladder running. I am curious if it is still being used? Sadly these funds are needed by December 31... Thanks to everyone for your donations over the past 2 months. An accounting dollars and cents update will come in the new year but to put it simply TripleA has 208 bucks in its account. Next month's Linode account payment is prob 105. Just a quick update. More details in a day or so.

@ All I sadly have to report that even though we normally receive a years worth of donations in Dec we only received 120 bucks extra past January 1st .... To keep the old ladder site going we will need another 180 to make it to next November . TripleA itself will need another 1400.. Thanks to all that have donated .... sorry for the bad news

@ubernaut @prastle the site is a new liveplay ladder established by @airwalker. He took initiative here and it's very popular. Players post their results on that excel sheet. Talk to him.
wow -- i donated $75 i believe in December? yikes, there's a $1400 deficit? I really like triplea and would be very sad to see it go... am thinking of donating more..

@prastle just messaged me and stated we have $120 total.
The servers are about $105/month
We can therefore pay just one more month, meaning come Feb 29 we are out of money.
The lobby bare-minimum costs $15/month, the forum is $15/month, the bots and a few backup services are $70/month.

Yea you can currently set it up to donate every month. Like 5 bucks is a 60 yearly spot, yea the math isn't a revelation but
I don't like anything that forces me to do something to play personally.
The all Volunteer Force is better than conscription imo

make big donators mods
as it is now u can donate 200 dollars and get banned the next day because some mod is in a bad mood.
also they are invested in the game thus a protentional good mod to keep the lobby clean and full
