Tournament of Champions (Season 4) for AA 50 Anniversary '41 version

Hi All - Prastle and I are going to really try and make this as big as possible. In addition to offering prizes, we are going to post this Tournament on the A&A.org website, and post this in the Daak and AAMC forums as well.
What is the goal you may ask? We want to attract as many long-term and dedicated A&A players to the TripleA platform as possible, with a special focus on those who have not played online before.
What can you do to help?

Encourage people that you play with live to try PBEM or PBF, and to get setup (e.g. register on Marti, play a practice game with you, etc.)

Encourage NEW people to join TripleA. We have one really nice feature -- an AI that allows people to explore many of our games and understand the software a bit better. Let's take advantage of that! With the recent re-launch of the Anniversary Edition, we expect that there are more AA50 players out there -- let's find them and convert them to TripleA members !!
In terms of timing, I expect this tournament to start early January, as we really want to promote this as widely as possible. The goal is to get 32 players to join, and we need your help to get this done.

@deltium Wish I could upvote your post more than once! I love the idea of posting it across sites and really trying to bring a large group of players together that enjoy A&A. Being able to spread awareness and grow the community of TripleA is something that I really want to figure out how we can do more effectively and this is a great start.

Hi Everyone - tournament still on track. Thanks to Redrum, we posted a detailed summary at the axisandallies.org website:

I suspect that several Daak / AAMC members are willing to join soon, and I'll keep everyone updated. Please promote the tournament with any AA50 players that you know!
We are still targeting an early January launch.
