Game Notifications Not Working

yea it's turned on as true. I guess you added that when you were doing testing.
Anyway, it seems to be specific to me and my machine.
I'll continue to try and solve it.

Howdy,
I am having the same problem. I started a local game and a Play by Email Game - in both I went straight to the game. No pop-ups or notifications.

hmm ... what version are you on ? EXP and triplea both.

would you try Total World War and see if it happens ?

Here the latest change log I have:
Change Log: 4.0 Corrected UK_Pacific handling for US territories
TripleA: 1.7.14825
I haven´t noticed that in the past games, so I assume this is new.

hmm .. Panther tested a couple hours ago and it worked correctly for him.
You haven't DLd latest EXP have you ? Same one that was working before ?

@beelee i am not on the latest release and in a game currently so cannot currently update

yea that's fine. Would you just start a game in local mode and see if the popups are there at game start ? It does not matter which release. I was on 14825 when I first noticed it.
