Is there a mod for what Axis & Allies Online call Larry Harris Gencon 3.0, an alternate and better balance setup for Axis & Allies 1942-2nd Edition? I thought it was already in under a different name.
Even if it already exists, it may be a good idea to have under the more common name. In tournaments, it is becoming the most common game to play.

Before someone started to call that LH Gencon 3.0 for whatever reason, Larry had posted this setup as tournament setup on his own meanwhile deprecated forum. There is some discussion here:

@panther I found it under World War II v5 1942 SE TR. Given the popularity of this mod, I will probably duplicate it under the name more familiar to people.

@rogercooper Yes, why not. The alternative setup has never changed from the initial posting that LH once issued. So it is safe to simply rename it.
