Password reset

Hello, I am trying to reset my password cause I forgot it and it says a temporary password has been sent to the email, but one never arrives, I have tried a couple times over the last couple days but one never comes, I’ve checked my spam and promotion tabs and all that stuff and it’s jus not coming through, any ideas how to get that password reset? Thanks!

As you are able to post on the forum I can assume, that you are talking about the TripleA-lobby?
I have just tried it out myself - and I cannot reproduce the issue, as I was successfully able to change my password, receiving the confirmation email sent out by the server.
Maybe try out an account with a different email address / from a different email provider. -
@icyfirefly I have the same issue. I tried to reset it twice, and never got an email. Upon trying it a third time, it says "Error, too many password reset attempts". When I tried with a different email, it said it wasn't a valid username/email combo, so that means I did have the right username/email combo when trying to reset before.
